School Activities
Sponsorship/Stipend for Needy and Meritorious Students
In line with our institution’s main goal of providing quality education to all, regardless of their financial background, we have implemented a Sponsorship/Stipend program for Needy and Meritorious Students. Understanding that some students come from economically disadvantaged families, we initiated this philanthropic program last year. We create profiles for each student, highlighting their needs and academic achievements, and seek benefactors interested in providing monetary support. Through this program, we have already provided stipends to six students, covering their school fees, private tuition fees, and the purchase of textbooks and exercise books. This initiative aims to ensure that deserving students have the necessary resources to excel in their education.
Development of Physical Facilities
The school infrastructure at Gazna Kishalaya Academy is continually being improved. The construction of the second floor, including a classroom, computer room, and two guest rooms has already finished. Additionally, there is a need for additional classrooms, a library room, a teachers’ room, and a head teacher cum office room. To enhance computer training for our students, we have acquired one new desktop and three new laptops, generously donated by Professor Bagisha Mukherjee and Sri Ranjan Karmakar. These additions contribute to the development of our school’s infrastructure and educational resources.
School Staffs
Attendent We highly appreciate the dedication to society, through this institution, of the following teachers and staff who are engaged in this institute at present and giving their extreme services in spite of a token honorarium, which is very less in amount according to their effort.

Nutrition Program for Students
We also have initiated a Nutrition Program to provide essential nourishment to our students. We have prepared a project proposal and budget, which has been shared with Dr. A. Sengupta, in hopes of receiving financial support from influential individuals. In the past, we have already distributed nutritious dry food on a daily basis to students attending school. Apart from this, during the school closure in October 2020, monthly packets of nutritious food items were provided to students’ guardians. This program aims to ensure the well-being and health of our students through proper nutrition.
Now from the present academic session starting from January 2023, cooked mid-day meals with balanced nutrition are being served to the students on every school day on the basis of their presence at the school.
