Shukla Panchami Utsab
Kishalaya Taruntirtha celebrates Shukla Panchami Utsab with great enthusiasm. As part of the Saraswati Puja festivities, we organize an Art Exhibition showcasing the creative talents of our students. Additionally, a joyous get-together program is arranged for current students, alumni, and parents, where they come together to cherish memories and enjoy a delightful lunch. This celebration not only promotes artistic expression but also fosters a sense of community and camaraderie among all participants. It is a cherished tradition that brings joy and togetherness to the KTT family.
Republic Day
Republic Day, on 26th January 2021, is celebrated at our school GKA with great enthusiasm. Vice President Kishor Kumar Bepary hoisted the national flag while students, parents, teachers, and members of KTT gathered. The event was filled with patriotic fervor as the students performed the National Anthem and a Patriotic song. Pradip Sadhu provided a brief explanation of the significance of the occasion. The presence of the entire school community made the celebration truly memorable.
Netaji Birth Day
Kishalaya Taruntirtha celebrates Netaji Birth Day on 23rd January 2021 at GKA. On this occasion, the National flag is hoisted and drills are performed, along with the singing of patriotic songs. The noble and dedicated biography of Subhas Chandra Bose is recalled. The National flag is hoisted by President Samir Dey, and speeches are delivered by Secretary Bhaskar Bose and Teacher-In-Charge Pradip Kumar Sadhu, highlighting the greatness of Netaji.
Yuva Dibas
On the birthday of Swami Vivekananda, Yuva Dibas is celebrated on 12th January 2021, we honor the occasion by reading his powerful speech about the upliftment of our beloved motherland. As part of the celebration, a quiz contest is organized among the students of GKA to test their knowledge about the life and activities of Swamiji. This event aims to inspire and educate the students about the ideals and teachings of Swami Vivekananda.
Independence Day
On Independence Day, celebrated on 15th August, KTT commemorates the occasion by hoisting the national flag. In addition, a cleaning drive is organized within the school compound and its surroundings. This initiative aims to instill a sense of cleanliness and patriotism among the students and community members. By actively participating in the cleaning drive, we strive to create a cleaner and more hygienic environment while embracing the spirit of independence and national pride.
Rabindra Jayanti
On the occasion of Rabindra Jayanti, celebrated on 8th May every year, we pay homage to our beloved poet Rabindranath Tagore. To honor his contributions, we organize an online program where students and members participate through recitations, songs, and dances via video participation. This virtual celebration allows us to showcase our admiration for Tagore’s work and keep his legacy alive in the hearts of our community members.
Nazrul Jayanti
In honor of the renowned poet Kazi Nazrul Islam, we commemorate Nazrul Jayanti on 24th May every year. Our organization arranges a vibrant cultural program dedicated to celebrating his literary works. Students and members actively participate in recitations, songs, and dances, showcasing their admiration for Nazrul’s profound contributions to literature and music. This event serves as a heartfelt tribute to the great poet, inspiring and captivating our community with the essence of his artistic brilliance.
Annual Cultural Program
Every year, we organize an Annual Cultural Program where we not only showcase the talents of our students in various art forms such as dancing, singing, recitation, and drama but also recognize and award those who have displayed exceptional academic excellence throughout the year and examinations. By acknowledging their achievements, we inspire and encourage them to continue working hard and reaching even greater heights.
